How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our secured online shop, with a credit card.
If you'd rather place a phone order, please call us during our operating hours and we'll be happy to take your call.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually ship orders within 24 to 48 hours.
Standard registered mail shipping via the Israeli Post service takes between 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Express Courier service arrives within 24 to 48 hours from time of dispatch.

Can I send an order to someone else?
Absolutely! The exact shipping information is filled out during checkout.

How can I know that my order was received?
Upon payment our system will send confirmation to the email address you've specified during checkout.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking number, through which you could check the whereabouts of the order on its way.
